I am getting this vehicle delivered to me in next week, the pictures are of a nonconvertible vehicle in the showroom but the description and the car that I am putting with the VIN number is accurate. Also even though it shows as a used vehicle technically vehicle is new as I dont intend to drive it, except bringing it home from dealer

But he is selling a car he doesn't own yet which I think is not allowed on eBay.
