Tint laws are tough here, and this car gets more attention than any other car, so any darker, and you're asking for a ticket.

You're not even supposed to have the side windows tinted at all.

oh I forgot your in Cali lol. Here in Florida you can get away with pretty much any tint.

20% looks pretty good I believe. Have any pics with the top down? Our other cars are tinted darker, but I'm hesitating going that dark with my cab since that "little window" stays up all the time and I'm wondering how it would look with the top down, espcially if tinted darker.

According to the DMV website, 80% of the light must be able to go through the side windows. Anything goes in the back (behind driver window). Only top 4" on windshield.
I got the 20% on my cabrio. Looks cool with windows open and top down. The tinted little window just becomes part of the pillar. Depends also on black or silver tridon. I have the silver.
