can anyone tell me whats up with this online co.---------
i called them at least 3 times and left mesages,for somone to call
me,and nothing,never called me back,i dont understand
how they could advertise their website on here,and not at least call
a potential customer back.they need a new customer service dept.

for me, calling didn't work either. They reply to email, but still takes a few days to respond

Give yourself at least 3 weeks for a response. That has been the average from other people. do your search on the forum, you will see for yourself.

elie from 4 smartcar just called me back,he went into great detail about
all the bike rack he sells,in the instructions it says hand tighten,do not use
any tools,he said when u over do it,it will strip,and later come loose over
time,which is why a couple of miles down the road,it will become loose--
some of the complaints that i've read.he assured me that ,he will stand by
his product,with a warranty,and 10 % off,as for the long wait time
before he returned my call he apoligized and says his shop has been very busy.
so i think i will take a chance with this co.

They are run by an Al & El Audio store; fortunately, I did not have any problems with my order. Bought it received within a few days, communication was good too. Sorry to hear all the trouble many of you had with this company.
