Nope. I had read it earlier on Smart's website, but I didn't check the manual. The printed word trumps what a website says, so if the manual says 90 mph then it's 90mph.

Even with WAAS a GPS unit is still interpolating data and guessing at speeds. My Garmin documentation (I've got a 496 that, at times, has said that I can
walk up to 10mph) specifically states
"Currently, GPS alone does not meet the FAA's navigation requirements for accuracy, integrity, and availability."
Even if your Smart can go 91mph, if you're on public streets you most certainly shouldn't go that fast.
