Area 451 Cruise Control Installed today

love it! got it yesterday and had GraphicsNTint in Falls Church do the install ($250) after HBL Smart Center gave me a quote of $570. OUCH..
I use cruise control to keep me from getting tickets where the speed is posted 35mph, falls church, fairfax, arlington... if there is not quota system in these places i will stop eating all the donuts so the local "man" can eat his share.

I got my smart 3 weeks ago, installed the cruise control and really like it a lot. They did a great job designing it. No problems at all!

Ordered the cruise today... only worry on the install is switching the wires...

Don't worry Wdhitch! You'll have it in there no problemo.

I told the wife on the ride home tonight that I am getting cruise for the red Smart in March (as well as an armrest). That's the reason I rack up so many miles on the other green Smart - it has cruise and an armrest.

The hard part of the install is swapping wiring from the computer harness. take your time, verify wire colors, done in about 1 1/2 to 2 hours total

Well... Jenn made it home before me and once she saw the box there was no waiting.

Install only took about an hour and a half!! and it's not nearly as hard as I thought it was.
