Billet Paddleshifters Hands on Review

Got my Billet Paddleshifters couple weeks ago from Ebay. They made by Tom from Billet and Acrylic.

Love them. If you want to take full advantage of the 2.0 upgrade this is a must have.
My original plan was to paint them, but after I installed them I decided against it. They match the silver interior pieces almost perfectly.
Paddleshifters is more visible now and give the steering wheel more aggressive and sporty look.
Quality is top notch. They attach to the factory paddleshifters with double sided tape. They are completely flushed and look like a stock piece even from the back.

There is more photos on the ebay auction if anyone interested.

Here is few pics.

I like the look of the paddle covers and considered getting them. But, I drive a lot in auto mode and am concerned that I would accidentally bump the paddles more often and end up in manual by mistake more often than I do now.
If you don't only drive in manual, please let me know if that's a problem in auto. Thanks.

I would clarify myself. This is an upgrade if you like to drive in manual mode. :-)
If you have the problem with accidentally hitting the paddles now, then it is probably not for you.

Cube, I've got to disagree. I've got them too and usually drive in auto, but being that they are so much easier to see I've found them very useful with the 2.0 upgrade. Since the added length of them is at the top, I don't see how you can "accidentally" bump one.

Oy, it's never simple. Anyone else have them that is willing to share their experience?

LOL.... I just saw John couple of days ago. I showed him the paddleshifters and we talked that they will look great wrapped in CF.

Personally, I rarely bump them on when in Auto mode by accident. Most of the time it happens because I forget that I am not in the Manual.
Mvaldes, reported that he have that problem with factory paddles. I was just assuming that additional length will not help him. I hope it make sense.
