Brake kit questions.

Anyone:
Which brake kits exist for the US 451?

Experienced users only, please:
Of the brake kits available, which do you recommend front and rear?

As an experienced owner, I recommend the stock brakes all around. They're more than enough for this car.

I thought about this one too, I have not had brake fade, even from 90.

I do really like the looks of rear disc and larger ones would look great.

I think it adds weight and drag.

If you get it, let me know if it affects your mileage and if you think it is worth it, I think it is a couple of clams for the kit.

I would say do it if you are going all out!! post the pics!!

Hey Lowndex, where in N Ca are you? I am between Sac and Lake Tahoe on I-80.

If you are going to get anything new for brakes get them from the dealers that are on this forum.

Not the question posed.

Obviously, if I wanted to keep the stock parts, I would not ask for advice about aftermarket parts. I did not ask for feedback about the performance of the stock brakes.

I'll start saving for a full set: front and rear. I have Wilwood front and rear kits on my other vehicle. I love the added braking performance. I am hoping to reduce the heavy front nose dive during hard braking. My Wilwood kits allowed my other car (weighs 4400 lbs) to squat and brake more evenly versus the classic front nose dive. Thus, the stopping distance is greatly reduced.
