You are correct. The tips would have to exit through the outer portion of the rear kit and not the center diffuser. The openings of the grill are not that big and in our opinion it would not look right with the Carlsson tips sticking out below and nothing in the middle. If you like we can give you measurements of the S-Mann rear.

Here is a picture of a close up of the S-Mann rear. Hope that helps. If I may say, the Carlsson rear spoiler is a great looking piece and would look best if you were going with the Carlsson exhaust. Just an opinion. :-)

i have a carlsson brochure with all of their parts for sale from the carlsson vehicle and the exhaust is a wopping 1079 bucakroos for those interested

the reason i know is because one of the sellers of the kit has a company down here in miami florida

if you need anymore prices on the carlsson parts let me know.. i have them

We have the prices on most of the Carlsson stuff listed on our site. They are not cheap, but Carlsson is not known for the cheapest stuff for the smart car. They make a high quality, high end product for those that want the best.

Everything is in stock with the exception of the e-brake handle which is back ordered.
