A little tape and some spray paint made the center caps for my steel wheels look custom. I like them better than the full covers. I may do a similar paint job on the full wheel covers. I used Krylon Fusion paint for plastic.

Sorry, old picture. Right now they are covered with salt from the roads, and the car looks more grey than Black. I'm waiting for the temp to get above zero before I hit the car wash.
Ya I have the same problem it got above freezing on thurday so I washed it but wasn't 24 hours later it was already turning gray
oh well, Thats winter i guess
