You know...I am still somewhat surprise that a child's seat can be anchored there. Has anyone here done it?

It looks like it's to anchor the strap that holds the top of the child's seat via the Velcro #1 (see pic on post #2). Since it's on all smarts, it must work...

Of course it works, wife hauls the grandkid every week in the smart!!! She likes to look out the roof.
