dash kits

I got an e-mail from a vendor (they sent them to every one in our store) that they now have dash kits out for the smart car. sounds like they would be 400 for customers.. seems like a lot but if there are those of you out there that are interested here is their sample pics.

yea really expensive, and almost all dash kits i have seen have some quality issues... but figured i would throw it out i am some one wont care about price

There's another vendor already out there with dash kits... the most expensive one was $159 IIRC... there's a thread on here somewhere...

Those stick on with 3M tape while these ones replace the entire piece if I'm not mistaken.


I wouldn't put wood in a smart car, but that's just me.

Well that explains the price difference...

If they had a lower price and just the air vents and radio/ac cover in something other than wood I would think about it... I detest the grey stucco look in my car.

Geeze! I guess I was wrong. Apparently these TOO stick on with 3M tape. That's expensive!!
