Defective ScanGauge?

I have my ScanGauge installed and haven't had any problems with it connecting and reading, but I can't figure out how to turn on the backlight. When I go to More > Display it just shows Off, and pushing in the button next to the Off does nothing. How did you all get the backlight turned on? It's very hard for me to see the numbers, and of course it's useless at night this way. TIA - sheureka

sheureka, When I do More > Display mine has the off as the upper left button, low is the upper right button and high is the lower left button. When I press low the back light is dim and pressing high the back light is bright and off is off.. Try pushing the upper right and lower left buttons and see if it works even without the low and high being displayed.. If not yes it might be defective..
