DIY: Painting your headlights

This might be a stupid question, but does doing that, or things like that, void any part of the warranty because you're taking things apart?

well if your headlights fog or hold water that would not be covered since you broke the seal

Had the pro do ours last weekend... Can't say THANK YOU enough... they look fantastic... Airbrushed black with yellow accents and a clear coat finish... I broke out the orange reflector as well... I like that even better.
