Not sure about the wheels but I've seen topics on it.

The exhaust doesn't void your warranty.

Not sure on the air intake either.

From experience . . .

The aftermarket exhaust (BPP center) does NOT void the warranty. My car is in for the 2nd time after engine misfiring and the check engine light coming on. Sparkplugs were replaced and now injectors under warranty. They only ask about the aftermarket stuff, because they want to know where to get it !

The warranty should cover original parts; if you replace a part and it fails, obviously that's not covered, but if that failure causes a downstream problem (i.e. change intake, and a piston gets screwed from stray dust) then you're on your own for the downstream damage. Basically consider it, "If the car's owner hadn't changed part X, would part Y (which failed) have failed?" If I read the warranty correctly, they won't void your entire warranty, just the part that you tinkered with.

The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act prohibits factory warranties from being voided by aftermarket add-ons.
