Sent mine back to DTH they received it on Jan 30, Also dual tip broken welds. Spoke to Nick, was told he was looking for it and would call back. Hope to hear from him>

Got Your e-mail Nick.. will probably be shipping it out of Saturday... Just wish I didn't have to pay to send back a defective product, this is probably going to cost a small fortune to ship.

I received my warranty replacement second generation single tip exhaust from Doug Thorley yesterday. It is a very nice piece and I think the re-design should take care of the cracking problem. I hope to get it installed in the next couple of days.

Cost was $38.00 to ship Fed Ex Ground from CLT airport to Corona Ca. it weighs a little over 17.5 LBS. Took 3 days to get there.

I installed my warranty replacement generation #2 Doug Thorley single-tip exhaust last nite. The removal of the old system and the installation of the Gen-2 system took about two hours which isn't bad considering I did it on the garage floor without lifting the car or removing the heat shield. The new system fit perfectly and sounds great.

Got my version 2 installed sounds great. I don't know if I just got use to the broken hanger hole in the exhaust sound or this one is just a bit more quite than the first version.Sounds great not to loud or annoying.

We did redesign the core a bit to try and lower the db's. It was a success and the sound is a bit quiter now.
