Can this mod be adapted to make the 12v accessory port active when the key is off?
Regards,
Darrell

According to this: Evilution - Smart Car Encyclopaedia

Fuse 21 should work.

is there any way to mod the fuses so that the whole car remains powered until a door is opened? so you could do windows, 12v, etc., even when you shut off, but before you get out?

Do you mean like if you kill the engine and put the starter key back to "1"?

no...i understand that would basically accomplish the same thing, but i'm talking about being able to shut the car off, take the key out, and have power stay on until you actually open the door. my old cavalier could do this, i just figured there had to be a way to do it with the smart.
