Exhaust manifold torque?

I want to take a look and see how bad this manifold is, maybe it has nasty welds, weld splatter, and sharp edges that can get cleaned up a bit.
Any one know what the torque speck is for a 451 exhaust manifold?

Set the Torque Wrench low, turn it until it clicks.

increase the setting until you get to the place where it works.

take a look, set it back.
