How long does it take to install H&R Springs?

Hours wise?

I got someone quoting me $250 for install and alignment..
Sounds a bit high to me, but I dont have a frame of reference.

Anyone?

about 2 hours if they know what there doing and 250 is about right.. also alignment shouldnt be necesary ..

Took 2 hours. Now it takes 30 minutes if I want to dissasemble the back. The fronts take WAY longer. I havent done them for that reason.
