"I know If I don't it the switch you won't get the heat, but still connected with power, for example If you a have a TV, AMP, DVD play, projecter and computer PS3 in room, but all only plug in power cord not tune it on, you can feel this room hot than the other room, that mean is if you don't switch on still have a power ."

The reason all of these items still generate a small amount of heat when plugged in but are not turned on is because they all have power supplies in them. The transformers in these power supplies will generate some heat and consume a little bit of electricity.

The seat in your car is controlled by the switch and does not have one of these transformers, so when the switch is off there is NO current flow, so no heat.

These too are controlled by a on/off switch, so when the switch is off there is NO current flow, so no heat. A tiny battery inside keep the internal clock running.

My wife has a bad back and she loves toasty warm seats, particularly in winter time.

Not sure TV's and other electronic equipment are valid comparisons. Almost all modern electronic equipment doesn't totally shut off when you push the power off button. Some things stay on. However, the seats are totally dead - switched off - no current flow at all - when the switch it off.

The heated seats don't work the same as a TV or VCR, which require a little bit of power to receive the remote control signals and be instant-on ready. The heating elements are totally powered off until you turn them on, and are not a power drain. I would be very surprised if someone were to prove me wrong, because that would be poor design.

the wiring in the seats, even with the power off, messes up my chakras. forcing me to seek ear candling and reiki to draw out the negative vibes.
