Ignition Lighting

I've had my cabrio for less than a week and everything is great. However, I would like a slight modification that would illuminate the Ignition ring. I hate that I can't see where to put my key if I happen to have the interior light switch in the off position. It would also help if the actual key slot was lighted as well since the off position is turned to the left and seems a bit ackward compared to what I'm used to (which is an ignition in the steering column). If anyone ever mods these two areas, please remember me. Thanks, Regina

Glow in the dark tape? Maybe a sticker that fits around the ring?

I just noticed the same minor issue finding the ignition in the dark, night-before-last. Thanks for mentioning it.

How about a micro led flashlight glued to the back of the key fob?
