I am also curious in what differences you have. from my experience with remaps - it seems like you notice the "pull" is more than stock as you get higher into rpms. my example was traveling a 1 mile hill and the smart kept holding out higher rpms with plenty of power while comparing to stock which seems to flatten out around 5500 and you need to shift to get moving again.
you would also have similar situation merging into traffic from 30 MPH to 70-75 when she'll hold 3rd gear above the displayed 6,000 RPM and still feel strong. I wouldn't say that this is "turbo-like" when the boost can pull back your head and I don't especially notice any difference in "passing" power that a turbo would give you. It just seems like the HP and TQ curves have higher peaks in higher rpms.
is there a difference you can describe for Inmotion remap?
