Instability

received my car yesterday. at 70, really instable. any cure?

I would suggest the BRABUS suspension/wheel kit or something similar.

you guys are very funny! some of you have turbos, wheels,noisy exhaust or suspension and other mods and i am the "unstable" one?

Check your tire pressures.

On smooth roads 80 is no issue. When the pavement is grooved from grinding or excessive use the tires tend to track the ruts. That can be exciting to the novice.

I've had few issues on interstates driving with traffic at over 70.

Agree. Seems that the narrow track finds the freeway grooves irregular, contributing to the sensation of being in crosswinds.

An interesting side effect of installing my UHaul hitch is an apparent lessening of this effect due to stiffening of the rear suspension subframe caused by the hitch assembly.
