Just upgraded to "quiet" dual tip exhaust from Al and Ed's

Have had the dual tip for about 6 months. I've loved the look and wanted that extra purr, but it was a little loud. Tonight Al and Ed's (West Hollywood) upgraded me to the "quiet" dual tip and it sounds great! I have the look I want and the sound I liked so much without it being too loud. Had dinner next door while we waited at a great mexican restaurant. I recommend them and the new "quiet" tip exhaust!

Let me be the first to congradulate you.

And the first to say,"post some pics and audio of it".

Somthing like this.....
The sweet sound of a Doug Thorley Dual tip split exhaust.

Thanks Krusty! I'll post a picture when the sun comes up! Not sure how to upload the sound, but if I figure it out I'll do that too!

The audio on mine is what the digital camera picked up. Not the best but you get to hear it.

Is there any H.P. boost with your new exhaust?

sky, any chance I can hear the new exhaust in person? I have their dual tip and I might consider going a bit quieter as well.

Is this the exhaust advertised on SCOA with dB comparisons? The specs look good in that arena, but the picture shows no flex pipe in the design. It looks like the 'spring bolt' setup that was on the 1st gen Solos that has now been replaced with a flex pipe. Just wanted to confirm...

Having trouble

Sorry gang, I've been having trouble uploading the pictures and audio. It's been awhile since the last time I uploaded, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I am trying to save them under the member gallery, under my user name. It keeps saying there is an error. Any help would be appreciated.
