If it truly delivers on all of these features and has the documentation (dB readings, etc.) to back it up in addition to a good warranty, I would be willing to pay in the $400 - $500 range, shipped if possible. If the price is in the $500 ballpark, the more outstanding the looks, noise levels, performance, and warranty need to be.
But, that's just me and my toy budget. The better half would never go for a replacement of a perfectly good exhaust at a cost of more than $500 net.
Thinking outside the box on the 'net cost' comment... Could you offer anything for the stock exhaust to alleviate the headache of getting rid of it? This assumes, of course, that the purchaser likes the new exhaust enough to safely get rid of the stock unit. The buyer could just ship back the stock unit in the same box for a credit of $x on a sliding scale based on mileage and condition.
