Hi all, I just received my new Yokohama Tires for my Lorinser rims. Looking at them they seem awfully wide. So I took out a tape and measured them. They are much wider then 7 1/2" and 7" closer to 9 1/2" and 9". The label states they are 225/35R17 86Y and 215/35R17 86Y. Anyone out there have the same tire configuration. Before you put on the rims did they seem wider to you? I'm hoping it is just that they need to mounted and inflated to give an actual mesurable size.

If you can post tonight it would be apreciated, looking to go tomarrow with them and have them mounted.

This thread can be ignored. It was as I suspected they need to be mounted and inflated before getting an accurate measurement. I got an answer from Godfather.
