remote start.

Has anyone installed a remote start? To Wwrm up the interior in the winter and cool off the interior in the summer.

Not looking to get 0 mpg so have not looked real hard there has been some discussion about the immobilizer being a problem with the ability to start without the chip (key) present. good luck karl

You can install remote start. You will lose a key, however, because a chip is needed to install the remote start. To order a key from smart I think is like $150

Perhaps Area 451 could develop a tailored remote start system for the Smart. They seem to have done a great job with the cruise control.

Anyone listening? Area 451? Steven?
