Smart (mercedes) dealer parts price shopping? (and fog lites)

so i'm reviewing, looking with a bit more than casual interest at this fog light install link (cause I was cheap, and declined to have them installed when the car was ordered, plus, i own a wrench that just sits alot) :

Retro-fitting 451 fog lamps

and there is a point to the mercedes parts counter to buy a new switch panel and fixing screws....

and so i got to wondering are there any discounts to be had on geninue mercedes parts out there, and where??

i'm not sure if you'll be able to get new fog lights to work, but best of luck. if you do end up getting a new switch panel, i'd be glad to buy the old one off of you. let me know!
