That's the part number for the Smart fanfare horn, it was $66.38 at my dealer. It was fine for around town, but I replaced it with the Wolo Bad Boy for the Interstates. The fanfare works fine, if you'd like to save some $ and buy it instead of a new one, let me know.
I know other members have installed a second Wolo horn on the passenger side in the same, well mirror image anyway, space that holds the factory horn on the driver's side. They used the original relay for the driver's side horn, tapped off those wires and added a second relay for the passenger side horn.

Just installed the Factory Low Freq. Horn on the passenger side.. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!, I haven't heard any of the other horns described here, except for the youtube video of it. But my Smart now sounds like a standard Mercedes Sedan. It bolts just like the Standard horn but on the passenger side. The Low freq horn cost about 65 bucks at the dealer and comes with a splitter cable, so the standard connecting cable on your Hi freq. horn connects into the two blade connectors on the and then the splitter cable connects to your standard horn, and it's run across the front to the Low horn. Used the tutorial from the Evilution site

Replaced original horn last weekend with the WOLO Bad Boy. All the info at this site really helped with the swap. I went thru the left wheel well, and other than scratched knuckles because of large hands I used the same bracket and just plugged the new horn in. What a nice and loud sound. Goes great with my Brabus coupe. Read the blogs and find what suits your skill level and have a go...

I broke down and did the install with a WOLO Bad Boy a few weeks ago. It was sort of like arthroscopic surgery since I went in through the wheel well. I was in and out of surgery in about 1 hour.

So, I got to use the horn today with good results. I was able to fend off a Mercedes sedan from changing lanes right into me while she was chatting on the phone rather than looking before weaving. Not sure if the stock horn would have prevented a need for a new ForTwo body.

Thank you WOLO and everyone who provided directions for installing!
