Sprint Power Booster is for real!

First of all I'm not getting paid for anything...just a guy who loves performance. I purchased Version 3 since I own a 2007 600+ hp vette and loves a car to respond the way it should. All I have to say is that this little modification solved one of the 3 major flaws with the smart. Flaw 1- major lag when you push accel pedal....Flaw 2 - Slow shifts (this can be solved with remap of computer)...Flaw 3 - rocking horse feel during shifts (solved with suspension upgrade...I used h&r springs). This mod gives you instant throttle response which makes it much more fun to drive. Car "feels" like it has alot more power. Once you install it..I doubt you'll return it.

There's a technical report that has documented proof that says otherwise. It's all shadows...

All I have to say is there is very little to understand here. Bottom line is when you push the pedal off the line it responds right away..no mistake about that. I could still return it if I want..there is a reason I'm not.

Don't return it. You'll regret it. I've had mine for almost a month. Well worth it.

I also have had mine for several weeks and it does perform as advertised. Why is it so hard to believe people on this forum. We are all here to help each other. We are not giving up our day jobs.

I think the krux of the issue is why I would pay $330 for something to tell me i'm pushing the pedal harder. It doesn't give you any performance increase and reduces your mpg. That's alot of money for smoke and mirrors.

You're correct when you say we're all here to help... but sometimes common sense prevails. To each his own though...

It is easier to believe a person who has tried a product than a person who has not. I have read the technical paper prior to purchasing it and I was skeptical. But, after going to Smart Madness, they installed it on my car with my choice of returning it. Of course, I drove it for a few miles and never took it off. some people claim you can just get the same response by flooring it. I've tried that and it is not possible.

I thought this was hashed out in an earlier thread and that was a waste of time. Enjoy spending the money and getting what your right foot could do anyhow!

You also have the ability to drive to SmartMadness and try it out... The other 95% of us don't have that opportunity and more than a few of us don't have $330 to tie up while we try it out. Also, for what it does it's way overpriced IMO...

You have the disposable income and you're comfortable with the price, more power to you. I'm honestly glad you enjoy it on your car.
