Hey! I'm coming up on 5,000 miles... did some crazy stuff to it... peaked at 15.3 psi of boost for a short period of time on the freeway... but sustains about 12 psi most of the time. Actually.. real peak was about 22 psi for a split second =P did that twice.. haha
Have a boost gauge installed to adjust the boost, and currently designing a "stage 3" kit which would include a water to air intercooler setup.
I turbocharged another red carbio smart recently and sold one with some of my modifications added to a owner down in So Cal.
I haven't blown the engine yet haha "yet" but will be strapping the car to the dyno once I get my water to air intercooler in and maybe even get the ECU remapped in the process.
I have to be honest and say this little engine, the clutch and transmission is holding up very well to the way how I'm driving this car... and those who know me.. knows I drive the living crap out of this little poor car ;)
The one negative thing is that to increase the boost and power without doing a whole tear down and lowering the compression ratio, I have to prevent detonation and after having the same spark plugs for 23,000 miles I probably need a new set
tbone, I was on the east bay picking up a friend from oakland airport I would be happy to take a drive across the bay to let you check the car out!
Cheers!
Larry

Littodevel, great to see your honesty here. 2 questions; what are you doing to prevent detonation and are lower compression pistons available? In theory, anything above 14.7 lbs boost = twice the hp. I'm waiting for your dyno results...
