Unofficial Poll - what mods have you done to your smart?

Greetings,
I have seen a LOT of different mods being done to different smarts: some "out of the box" mods, like body panel changes, some merely decorative (graphics added), functional changes (horns, lights, etc.), and so on.
I am curious to know what mods are the most popular, and how far some folks are going in personalizing their car. (This is NOT a one-upmanship thing, so please don't make it competitive!) I'll make this disclaimer up front - with one exception (tongue and eye brow graphics), none of the mods I made were made by me first - they were all done, and most documented, by someone else who chose to share. For all those out there that bother to document their mods - THANK YOU!!!!!

So, I'll start off with my mods. Please post the mod(s) you have done - let everyone know about your smarty!

Mods:
Graphics: Tongue, eye brows on front, "Actual Size", Jimmy Buffet dancing Parots back and side, smiley-face on back skirt, radiation hazard on gas hatch
Interior: Painted trim pieces (gauge rings, dash edges, door handle edges, center console top panel); "utility pocket" (for lack of better name) on side of center console
"Trunk light" mod - four LED's in the roof panel w/on/off switch

Exterior: new horn (WOLO Bad Boy); trailer hitch

Late additions (11/3) - Yellow Submarine sticker on back under license plate, LightInSight traffic light "periscope", Area451 Cruise Control
