Don't want to bring the car in with at DT exhaust to fix some minor unrelated problem and have them blame it on the exhaust just because it's too difficult for them to diagnose the issue. Or have them note the new exhaust on the first oil change and if I blow a piston rod or something major at 10K miles, blame it on the modified exhaust. Thanks.

No problems with the dealer. Here's some helpful info:
I brought my Passion back to the dealer for a Radio 9 swap. My stock radio suffered the "always- on" syndrome, since the day I picked up the car. The dealer simply installed a brand new Radio 9. at no cost--and commented positively on the Radio 10 subwoofer (I had bought on my own and installed) on my Radio 9.
The dealer's staff also liked my DTH system exhaust sound-- and the optional racing stripes I've added. One of the techs popped the engine cover to take a look at the exhaust and was impressed with the system.
I think the service department folks are fine with add-ons. With DTH's CARB-approved, bolt-on catback exhaust, you won't find any argument at your dealer's service department.
