I bought the painted fuel filler door from them. Quick shipping, arrived as advertised, no drama.

Having ordered from and met them in person, you would struggle to find a more helpful bunch (of reprobates ).
Obviously, as you are on the other side of the pond, you may worry about dealing with companies so far away in a different country. Well, fear not, if you order something, it will arrive. I have found their answering of emails to be a bit hit and miss though. (it could be just me though ).

I just ordered a 451 ITG performance filter from them a few days ago. Kate was quite helpful in answering a couple of questions I posed.
I expect the filter to arrive within the next couple of days--hopefully before this weekend.

You are best off sending a PM to Lil Smartie on here, she is the boss woman, I think the minions read and ignore the emails.

Are the shipping costs reasonable?

There are quite a few smart independents here in the Uk, some good some not so good.
Wellsmart is definately one of the good ones, and Kate is the one to speak to, as already stated in above posts.

It is easy these days to find out about good and bad companies as trial by forum goes on a lot, but I always feel sorry for some companies that get slated on forums about their service and then somebody asks the poster if they have been in touch with the company to try to address the situation before slagging them off on a public forum, and the poster says no.

I have only heard good things about Wellsmart.

Depends on what you order, I suppose. For the ITG performance filter, you're looking at 15.00 and some change to ship (current exchange rate). Mine was about 62.00 total cost--a decent price for a tri-foam filter. And the tri-foams generally can't be located here (...except for two-wheeler and some foreign-tuner applications).
