What do you guys think about this cold air intake?

Hi everyone,
There has been so much talk about intake systems lately that I decided maybe I should have a dog in this fight

This is what I have come up with, all of the materials are stainless steel so they will never rust, it has a true K&N filter. The coolest part about it is the filter housing fits around the original smart car cold air intake ducting ensuring the filter is getting the absolute coolest air at all times.
I can sell these systems for $160.00
Comments? suggestions?

Just my .02 here, but no need to go onto another vendor's thread with negative comments. All the CAIs are basically the same design; the marketplace will decide which ones sell.

In all fairness his (Boeschbuilt) is about half the cost of the smartmadness or your sites cold air system and does the same thing! So don't get butthurt mmmmkay!

IMHO they're all over priced, since it's about $10 in materials minus the filter and 5 mins in the shop to make one! Not to mention any so called "gain is performance" is negligible.

If I wanted performance I'd have cancelled my Smart and waited for the Camaro SS. Call me old fashioned but... the words Smart car and performance go together like George Bush and Mensa!

Oh, yes, I forgot that you were the first and only one that made these.

I agree with the other poster here, you leave the other vendors alone, they will leave you alone.
