Beautiful.

One question though, why no welded spigot for PCV?

Noise complaints from '08, '09 has less intake noise. I like this CAI, get rid of that ugly box and clean up the engine bay haha.

It's actually a little more expensive to do it the way I did it but the plastic piece has a barb on it so the hose can't fall off, this would be difficult to reproduce on a welded piece.

Intakes are shipping!

The first batch of intakes are built and ready to ship.
They are not on my website yet but will be very soon.
For now you can get one on E-Bay or just give me a call at 248-318-2136, I can take credit cards over the phone.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, for all of your input!

Looks great, much improved over the prototype. Can you post some pics of it installed in the car?

I will shortly, the only Smart Car I have at my shop at the moment looks like it belongs to Fred Flinstone with no back tires or engine...It fits identical to the Protype, I built the Jig off that one and just refined this one a bit.

Looks good. But there's no need for a cold air intake when its -30 degrees outside? Is there?
