Whats behind panel under Cabrio dome lite?

Am thinking I'd like to mount a Scangauge on the panel under the Cabrio dome light but have no idea whats behind it, nor how to remove it. Does anyone know?

I have a Scangauge above the dome light in my Cabrio. I removed the seat belt idiot light and put the Scangauge in its place.
