jwight - you can't argue with those numbers. What we're talking about here is spending a lot of money just to have a cosmetic brake upgrade. Not a very good expenditure of either money or the time and trouble to do this mod. I think if a person wanted to improve braking they would look at the front brakes, but again this is not a racing vehicle, so what's the point. JMHO

The problem would be LAME rear drums. Wow! These look sweet. I bet you can stop 10 FEET sooner with these babys on!

One benefit to upgraded brakes is much better heat tolerance and cooling. When Larry (Littodevil) was testing his turbo setup -- he was doing acceleration tests repeatedly in quick succession and he set his front brake pads on fire. The flames stopped after about 20 seconds or so. The brakes worked just fine after everything cooled off and stopped smoking. I guess Larry has "carbon" brake pads now!

This vendor can get front brakes -- I suspect they can get the rears as well. Good pricing...
