Window Tinting

I took LTL SKUTR(09 cabrio) to a professional window tint shop yesterday. They tinted the side windows and the rear window for $164. The top of the windshield cost $35. Very nice addition!

what kind of tint did they install? Ceramic? or just normal UV blocking?

...tinting is a very good mod no matter how you look at it...
...the price seems inflated...but you'll like the results..

I'm glad I got mine tinted (went with 35%/30%). But I wish I would have done 30% all around or something darker. The sun still shines in my eyes, but nearly not as bad.

Hm. My Cabrio came with tinted glass... Anyone know offhand what the transmission percentage is for the OEM tinted glass?

Lil Panda got 20% on the sides and back. Looks great and really helps with the sun blinding you as you're driving.

I actually got the upper 3-4 inches of the front windshield tinted. Helps a lot with the glare.
