6 hours? That is all? Come on now, that's no excuse - neither is jetlag.

Not sure how you normally travel but pop a few pills before you get on the plane and you're good as new once you get to your destination. Preferably prescription grade if you have access. That's how we used to travel (co-workers and I), we'd be well rested and ready for business once we landed.
