10 yr old newbie in North bay

So, I am anxiously awaiting delivery of the Red passion, silver trition red interior 2nd smart.

I had one of the first models to roll off the line back in 1998 when I lived in Stuttgart, drove it in Snow, Rain, Heat, autobahn, and have waited now patiently to get one here stateside. My number is 1186 so not sure what that means with the distribution reshuffle dance that seems to have been going on.

Yeah, I configured back in late october or november? I talked with the dealer in SJC today, he said he thought it would be mid to late march, but truly had no idea? He said has visibility into about 42 cars, and that is IT. He added though, that this 1186 stuff, or whatever is totally random and is on no use at all. Which, I didn't really buy

The reservation date number (I'm an 1188) should be roughly comparable to others in the same region. March or April is probably a good guess for the 1180's group in Northern California.
