No it didn't, but the feel was firm and very responsive.

I have a MINI Cooper S with the JCW package (lead foot included) and driving the SC was just as much fun. Saturday can't come soon enough

Welcome to the forum and enjoy that new ride! Post some pics after you pick it up! If you really want to make the handling come alive, relative to the stock version, consider upgrading the front tires to the same size as the rear or swapping in a larger size all the way around. 195/50s at all four corners is a popular choice and has the benefit of rotation capability. It will increase steering effort a tad when stopped without PS, but the responsiveness is great.
