Hard to believe it's been a full year today!! to my Smurf!

Got almost exactly 12K on the odometer and still looks like a newborn. Well, there is that tattoo on his rear end, and the smaller antenna you never use, and those blue bolt covers, and of course your tinted windows (which should be darker) ... but most people wouldn't notice those things. Most of my mods are interior, that's where I've spoiled my baby.

I gave it a louder voice (air horn), energized it (Optima 34R), gave it a sense of direction (Kenwood 8120), stamina for long hauls (cruise control), and the ability to sing like an angel (stereo upgrade).

No major issues to report in a year of driving. I wish I could say that about every car I've owned. Live long and prosper, Smurf!!

While reading this I was wondering who brought back to life this Zombie thread.

You hit 1 year at 12K just like Suze did, and now look at her milage. It's interesting looking back at you, Suze, Bum-Bling_b, JWIGHT, and that hint of your future move all in here. You were all no new to this thing and still learning your cars. Now your all the old guard, with more color changes than I can count.

Just got home from a little celebratory joy riding, and a wash. Now, to touch up the trim with Back-to-Black. Stopped at Burger King, got a chocolate shake. One of girls asked me if that was one of them [sic] $4,500 cars her brother saw in a magazine. She said you could get them with two or four seats. Well, at least she said it was cute.
