The pickup wasn't the one discussed here was it?
Accidents involving a smart?

Regrets?

I was in the first batch of Smart owners (pickup in January of 2008). Have had the car for almost 14 months now with 20,600 miles on the clock. It's been my principal, daily driver. Averaging 46-47 MPG on my 60 mile daily commute (40% Hwy and 60% suburban).

No problems, no issues, no complaints. I'd buy another one and am recommending it to others.

Best buy of the year

Completed our first week with our smart passion. The wife has not been able to use it yet. I get up before she does, and off I go. I'm having a blast.

I was comparing my pickup to my Fortwo and how it was a step up to the Smart car.

NO Cabrio regrets!

Our smart replaced another convertible and it delivers miles of smiles! The cabrio may be a little noisier than the coupe but with a plastic body and little sound deadening material there is no smart without road noise.

With a key fob that puts the top back and the simple fact that you can put the top back as you cruise down the highway @ 70 mph is just too cool for words!

Most people not familiar with the various smart models are surprised to see the top down.

Have a smart weekend!

Things I miss when driving the wife's cabrio is the rear window wiper and hatch.

Things I miss when driving my Pure are no paddle shifters and the top doesn't go down!

No regrets at all! Yes.. I would have liked the cabrio, but the money wasn't there. So I settled for a mostly loaded passion. Quite happy indeed.

No regrets! Except, smartie has to share the garage with an '81 Honda Civic I can't bear to sell. 28 years of memories and still great to drive..
