Bought my Smart Passion about a month and a half ago. Originally it was blue on black but have allready changed color scheme, hope to post pics soon. Have played with custom cars most of my driving years. I'am a machinist by trade and enjoy making parts that are one of a kind.
I have allready designed wedge shaped shims for the Smart that go between the rear backing plates and swing arm.This allows the rear wheels to stand straight up. If you look at the rear of your Smart you will notice that the wheels bow out at the bottom. Car companies due this for handling purposes but it also wears out tires faster. I have these shims on my Smart and drive 75+ on interstate and taken curves as hard as i could go and experienced no il effects.
