What an experience!!!!! Before I get started on my new baby let me say thank you to all the people at Buckhead GA Smart. What wonderful courteous people they are............ You were (are) great. Thank you.
The drive home (305 milezzzz) was a real adventure. People taking pictures from their vehicles. One man even pulling over from the left lane to the shoulder to take out his camera (I presume) took pictures of the right side, back side then pulling over to the left side again and holding out his arm as far as he could to get the driver's side all the while driving on the freeway. (Interstate 65 south of Montgomery).
The rest stops are a real trip!!!! Be sure to run to the restroom ( if that is why you stopped). People want to know all about your new toy. I honestly think they believe it's a toy. Well, let me tell you that my Bee is no toy. It has brought me much joy so far, she has a great big heart and a hard worker just like any good Bee. I found NOTHING that I did not like. Would I like a few more options. I guess I could buy a Lexus if I did.. I purchased a Smart Car and that is what I got....a smart car. The price is right, both at the dealership and at the gas pump. I am not slamming the Lexus...It's great, but I did not want to pay the price. My Smart Bee operates the way I want her to and in today's world what more can I ask????????? Oh!! Did I mention I just accepted ownership yesterday and she is yellow with black tridion. My head is still in the clouds. Join a smart club near you and find happiness and let others grumble about the gas situation. Have a great summer, I know I will.

Welcome! But, be careful of those clubs! We're active in the Mexico Smart Car Club and everyone is at least 40 years younger than we are. Boy can they party until the sun rises while we old folks fade away when the sun sets.
