Bowtie Velcro, What's that about

On the back of the passenger seat is a velcro pile in the shape of a bowtie. What is that for?

yeah, could be to stablilize the top tether strap as it comes over the back of the seat towards the lower anchor.

BOW TIE

IMHO This may be used to tie into the cargo cover that we have to buy as an extra. I do not have one but may order one later. Cheers

Has anyone checked their manual under Child Seats? or Cargo Accessories? I am sure it is in there... Let us know!

Yes, it is the child seat tether, but it has another use?

Officially it is there to hold the child seat tether on it's way down to the tether clip point.

But, I use mine as a place to hang my drycleaning?
Slide the seat forward and open the roof (cabrio) and your cleaning will hang behind the seat. Then slide the seat back and you don't have to worry about the plastic bag inflating while you're driving with your top down?
