Hi, I've been interested in the smartcar idea since first seeing one several years ago while on a cruise through europe. We stopped over in Italy and that's where I saw my first one. I'm quite excited that they are now being offered here in the states and plan on persuing a purchase within the next few months if my research indicates it appropriate. Since the dealerships are so spread out I was curious at to what type of difficulty one experiences in attempting to get normal service intervals addresssed.

I would assume that service would be good at all the smartcar dealerships. At least that has been my experience with Loeber Motors in Lincolnwood, IL. The key is having one within a reasonable distance.
