Brought home my new 451 today!

Placed the $99.00 reservation on 4/03/08. Filled in the San Jose, CA. dealership "special reservation book" my name and desired package. After several back-n-forth disagreements on financing, I brought the 451 home today. I realize I am very lucky to have found an orphan in less than six weeks.

I love the car and feel I made a good decision to buy my 451 Passion. I do feel a few modifications are quickly needed:

1.) The ride is harsh. To soften the ride and improve cornering performance, I have ordered:
a. 3 to 5 lug adapters

2.) The horn sucks! So I installed a new one today.

I am waiting on Doug Thorley's cat-back exhaust system and ram-air intake.

Well, I think I've got your time frame beat! I reserved a blk/blk/lthr Passion on 4/11. I brought home my blk/blk/lthr Passion on 4/28! Gotta love the Orphan program!! And I agree that the ride is a bit stiff, but I guess it's a fair trade for the ESP. Kind of a 'bink-bink' horn too!! But it suits my cutie mini car!
