A Christmas Present!

So, I joined the forum, but the new SMART is my wife's Christmas present. It is a 2008 Passion blue/black - loaded. I picked it up in Seattle on Monday and now the big task is to keep it hidden. We own a winery, so I have it parked in frontof a tractor with a cover over it, (I think it is safe). The problem will be if she catches me running in to look at it...which I do about five times an hour.

I don't know much about the Smart Car other than when we were in Europe this spring, Jill (my wife) kept pointing them out to me...and in France and Italy that's a lot of pointing. She has no clue she is getting one, but they are so cute I am sure she will be delighted.

The winery is Dakota Creek Winery, web site: dakotacreekwinery.com Our winter hours are Thurs-Sat 1pm to 5pm. We love to give tours and will promise you something nice to sip on while you tour. Just a small family winery. We only do 1000 cases a year. Started out to be a part-time retirement thing, but it has gone a bit out of control. Still, we limit production to 1000 cases so we can do it all ourselves (except for some part time tasting room staff and a lot of friends who like to work for wine). Pics of the unveiling of the Smart Car will be posted soon after Christmas.

Way up there? Almost to Canada? Ah, too far for me - I was thinking you'd be in southern or eastern WA.

Anyway, it sounds wonderful and I'm sure your wife will love the smart.
