The reservation numbers aren't driving this; more to do with zip code and number of orders it appears. Some 1173s still don't have cars while higher res number folks have taken delivery already. Just have to wait and see.
I'm also an 1200, my dealer says the end of March is her educated guess. ?? You could contact your dealer and asked to be put on the orphan list. If cars come in and the buyer has changed their mind, or can't get financing etc. the car is considered an orphan. The dealers are handling with this occurrence differently, but it doesn't hurt to call and find out if this is an option for you.
